Certainly! I'm grateful for this opportunity! I ventured into recruitment in early 2013 after interning with Reed, a leading UK family-owned agency in my hometown. This experience took me to London, where I excelled in senior finance roles and eventually led teams, a challenging yet rewarding journey that built my resilience. A later move to Malta followed due to Reed's head office, transitioning to business management and in-house roles at an online dating company, later advancing to gaming at Catena Media and KaFe Rocks. Anticipating a short stay, 6 years and over 3 months have passed, holding cherished memories of impactful hiring experiences.

Starting my business in April was exhilarating, yet a leap of faith into something I've always envisioned. A swim inspired this venture, prompting an update on LinkedIn that garnered my first client within an hour, affirming the timing. The essence of my business is to provide expert advisory, either in recruitment or broader HR services, to enhance gaming and crypto companies' operations worldwide. CMC Consulting We operate as a finely-tuned executive search and selection enterprise, selectively choosing collaborations with clients we genuinely admire, adding a distinct personal touch to our services!

Absolutely, pursuing yoga instruction had been a long-standing aspiration. Finally venturing on my own, I seized this moment, spontaneously signed up, leading to an immersive three-week training in Cyprus. The physical aspect was more demanding than anticipated, yet thoroughly rewarding. It's a rare opportunity for introspection on personal happiness and life goals.

Completing my yoga training prompted reflection on providing value as an instructor. Inspired by initiatives like Tom Galanis' This Years Rule, I found purpose teaching in elderly care homes, enhancing mobility and flexibility, alongside supporting local animal charities.
